    Frankly speaking none, from my experience. These users are uselss for adsense. they just totally ignore adsense ads.

    digg users are mostly advanced techies so they ignore
    Stumbleupon users are the quickest stumblers so if they spend more than 2 mins on your website, you should start distributing sweets..:p

    For adsense, Bookmarking sites will not help. Most of the user will stay for 0 to 30 seconds and will leave. So, Traffic from social bookmarking sites are waste of bandwidth for which we are paying money.

    i don`t think traffic from social bookmarking waste your bandwith
    from socialbookmark i get 200-300 UV daily with adsense get around $1-$10, depend what your niche, and how you write descriptions in bookmark site

    also it will make you site have high PR, only from social bookmark , i get PR 4 , PR 5 for 1.5 Month website :)
