has anyone tried vox? some of my friends are using it and their sites do look better.. personally i prefer lj for the abundance of features it offers from the three
i think which ever one you start with is usually the one you favor, unless you have a bad experience. Wordpress works for me.
Not actually I started out with Blogger but Word Press won me over. I still like Blogger and still maintain some accounts there but just find that it can't beat Word Press in whatever I require (with the exception of Adsense).

Wordpress is much better and it ensures you can do everything the way you want, I am talking about self hosted free wordpress Blogger or live journal does not even compare to wordpress MU or self hosted honestly.
You can put adsense on wordpress. There is a plugin for that. I choose wordpress for all five of my blogs. Host them yourself for complete control.
The OP was asking for the blog service of Wordpress namely wordpress.com hosted blogs. For that you are not allowed to put in Adsense.
The OP did not say wordpress.com or wordpress.org, both of which are free. I know what you mean though.
If you are willing to host your own wordpress site then I would definately say Wordpress. It's far less restrictive compared with Blogger and others. Wordpress is pretty easy to install, there's a guide on my Earn As You Blog Link below if you decide to take that route. Hosting isn't as expensive as you might think and is well worth the investment.
Wouldn't it have been easier to signup for blogger.com, wordpress and so on and choose the one you like. At the end of the day they are all free. Most people are just giving their opinion here. FFMG
If you just want easy, sign up at blog.ca. Every post you make will show up in Google within about 15 minutes right off the bat. If you want a future in blogging, use wordpress free then pay for hosting when you know what your doing. Just my OPINION though.
Blogger for me ! Find it easy and so on. Also its owned by Google and they will add more features in future and will always favour it in ranking I guess. Peace.
