    If you want to use free blog hosting platform, I suggest you blogger, otherwise Wordpress.

    Remember though that you shouldn't just rely on the platform. Its a very old saying however content is always going to be king. As a WP user though, I would say it's highly recommended ;)

    Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress will all be fine. How you set them up is most important including the quality of the articles.
