    Well, i think that the second is better because there is a little bit of relevancy between the color of "blogger" and the color of the arrow on the image...

    I prefer banner 2, it appears to look more professional with the orange text on top also 'templates' appears highlighted in the white text.

    Regarding the text: depends on who you are targeting (general or blogspot).
    Regarding the colors: white text makes more sense on the top line (the "weights" of the text/images are more symetric on the first banner).
