Which banner-exchange for the US?

For one of my sites, I am using a few banner-exchanges, which I am geo-targetting the relevant countries with. There is, however, one important country missing:

    The US...

who could tell me a GOOD banner exchange aimed at the US of A?

One which offers a decent ratio of views-to-impressions, has a decent network, offers a number of sizes (I have skyscraper, broad skyscraper, button, banner, leaderboard, big rectangle at my disposal) and has the basic services you'd expect (such as a "lost password option")

Oh, and of course: isn't a scam.

I know my personal experience with banner exchanges, they were a total waste of my time.
Every new business I have ever known tried this. It can also hurt your SERPs if you get into bad territory.

One time I opened up my own banner exchange on a gambling site I owned and did much better this way.
Everyone in the exchange links to you.....

Seems like Google is your best bet on finding an answer for your original question.
