Hi I am moving to india shortly as a student for 4 years My question is which bank in India provide Debit card that I can spend online for domain hosting adword etc. Is savings Account enough for A Globally accepted debit card (visa/MC) I salute Indians. Tonatoni

I think you can attach your bank account to paypal and use paypal istead. The SBI will suit you better if you going to study in any Government Institute because it would be the official bank for your institute most probably and it would be easy for you to open the bank account initially.
But as he is moving to india, he needs indian paypal account and he can't verify his indian paypal account using any indian bank account. He needs indian credit card to verify his indian paypal account. DON.
