    Hi,
    I am Tarun from India.
I want to know that which bank provides VCC from Debit Cards.
I heard that KOTAK and HDFC does so.

    http://yshare.info/creditdebit-cards/free-credit-card-for-indians/

AXIS requires credit card as far as my research goes.

    Can anyone please confirm ?

    And my second question is,
Can we withdraw paypal money to VCC as the remaining money in VCC gets back into the account.

    Thanks

You can do it from HDFC just with a debit card. :)
And also its a better bank than the other two!

After reading around, several other people say that HDFC is the way to go.

You can also make VCC from HSBC credit card, they are better than those of HDFC or Kotak as those are just 1 time use VCC. HSBC VCCs are more flexible, you can add funds and use the same vcc multiple times.

you can't withdraw money out of paypal to VCC since VCC expire within 24 hours and base on my experience that paypal CC withdrawal would take 3-5 days before the amount receive in VCC which your VCC expired and cannot receive the amount withdrawn from paypal.

So, If we only have a CC of HSBC and not a bank account, can we still register for net banking and generate VCC ?
