    I just wanna know what is article submission to article directories?
    Is it a good way to get blog traffic?
    Which article to submit on Article directories? my own blog posts? or new articles? if new articles then it takes a long time? or if I submit my blog posts their then it's against TOS of Adsense right?

    Please help me in this situation.

    You will get very little direct traffic from a article directory, you will get backlinks
    from it.

    It is one of the good way to get targeted traffic.
    It will be better if you can submit new article or rewrite the article from your blog before submit them to article directory, not encourage to take the article directly from your blog and submit to article directory

    Submit new or completely rewritten articles to article directories. Go for top tier directories such as EzineArticles. You CAN still get a lot of traffic from article directories and it's targeted.
