    Hello, I'm new to DP, stilling learning stuff about SEO:)
    which are themore effective way to gain "Fast" Backlinks and "Good Quality" Backlinks.

    Can we just buy backlinks, and how long will they last usually
    Anyone is selling good quality backlinks , or know someone who does?

    Get "fast backlinks" from free directories submissions (do it yourself or get someone who knows about it to make it for you).

    Quality links are often gained via quality content (linked from other sites to yours) or link exchanges with sites of your same subject with equal or higher PR than yours.
