I’m an unequivocal newbie. So please tell me which are your three favorite reciprocal link exchange programs and why?

    Thanks for your insights!

My opinion, they all suck, but that's not saying a whole lot.

If I had to choose, I'd say linkmarket and linkmetro. I like linkmarket more b/c both parties agree (for the most part) before taking the action of posting the other's link.

Linkmetro you've got to put up the link and then request the exchange.

It's best to run queries in google to find partners and sign up directly on their site. Takes longer, but you're not wasting any time.

Linkmetro (pay service) - Because I get better responses for my link exchange requests and it automates putting up the link exchange pages etc.

Linkmarket (pay service) - I get a lot of requests and there are a lot of relevant link partners to choose from.

Build your own reciprocal linking through personally contacting the webmasters... well it looks hard but its not as hard once you start.

You may also like to get the help of some softwares as arelis and optilink that helps you to build links for you!

    Take care

Freebie (or anyone else reading this post, for that matter),

I personally like LinkMetro the best. I'm Brad's brother, so I may be a little biased, but to be 100% honest with you, the service and number of users pretty much speaks for itself.

Other than LinkMetro and linkmarket.net, there really aren't any others that I would recommend. Honestly, either of these two services will work for you.

But if you're interested in a special discount for LinkMetro, you can get it via this link: www.linkmetro.com/mattcallen.html (or you can PM me for more details...)

(note: the discount won't show until the order form)

This is the only discount available on the 'Net for LinkMetro...so please don't give it out to others. I've placed it here so that those reading at this forum can get a nice piece of the pie.

    All the best,
    Matt Callen

If I am allowed to announce my own Link Quadrangulation product, I offer it to any betatester in this forum.

The idea is to avoid reciprocal link exchange, which is losing its former PageRank building power. Link triangulation or quadrangulation is a better option.

I personally avoid link exchanges, because it is too demanding on my time. Thus, I automated the link-publishing task on the script-owner side.

Well I would do it myself and suggest to do it on hand... That gives more freedom and you know that you have finished the job... but with softwares there is always a fair amount of chance that the work could be destroyed...

    LinkMetro
    LinkMarket (although slow to respond)
    Article Marketing (one way links)

That would be my favorite methods. Not in any particular order. And I would probably do article marketing the most.
