I am a bit new to this whole search engine optimization thing but am really interested in it. Have been doing a lot knowledge gathering on the subject, but realized in frustration that the more info i get, the more confused i become. I mean in seo there seem to be soo many theories and worse most of the time they are like polar opposites. Just wanted to know if there are any good search engine optimization course one can pursue in delhi or India.
i suggest to stick to one and then apply it.. and wait if it works.. its all about trial and error.. i still prefer reading some info online..
If you asking for a seo course in United states it would be easier to answer, a lot of them available including Aaron Wall SEOBook course. However, I have no idea about SEO course in India but I would recommend you stick with webmaster forums such as here and some other quality ones like SEOChat Forums V7N Forums
I think no course would provide you better knowledge than trying a method yourself.. Read out a method just try it.. and think innovatively and get some new ideas and try it.... This will be the good method to learn SEO... All the best

As some have said before, it's best to just go reading on webmaster forums just like this! But the most important thing of all is that you go try these methods out yourself. Get an idea of what works and what doesn't. Rather than spend your money on an SEO course, take the free advice and go make some websites. Then try different SEO techniques on each one and then you will be able to find out the best methods that you are good at and that work!

SEO course is not best for you, If you want to preparation for seo then you can read seo books by online. If you can do fresher job in seo company this is best for learn seo.

Dear, any search engine doesn't provide the process to optimize its search engine. Just they provide what can't to do like Google webmaster guidelines. A seo professional or a website provides seo process, techniques and tips only with their experience. So each professional has its own experience and provides the same. So read about many peoples experience, think once and make a standard on ur own & implement, you can reach ur target.
That's a hard question to answer. Cause with so many self proclaimed seo consulting agencies coming up, there is a huge number of options, but sadly they aren't particularly quality options per say. Most will preach the dark age seo techniques or black hat stuff. Internationally i know of seomoz, bruce clay, aron wall who offer good seo training. In India did a bit of searching around and found that bruce clay will be coming to India to offer his seo training course. Also there is IDMI which offers a digital marketing course which will be more general course that includes some fundamentals of SEO. Overall i suggest you have a look at both. I checked the Bruce Clay India website and notice that they are giving only 3 days training and charging 50000INR. I don't think that it will worth that much can please explain why the charges are too high just for 3 Day SEO Training ? I also notice that they are providing the certificate and 6 month free SEOToolSet but is it really worth that much?
