Anybody know which traffic exchanges are the best , as well as being primarily US and Canada visitors?
i would`nt wate your time with traffic exchanges no body is interested in seeing your website they just want hits to theres Plus if you use adsense then google will ban you for using them

I have to disagree. If you use them properly, you can benefit greatly from them. You can't just put your website in there though and expect great results. And you definitely can't use auto-surfs, they are just a massive waste of bandwidth. A well managed, traffic exchange can help with your branding - it is not only about getting traffic to your site, but getting your site noticed, and having people refer a certain niche with your site.
Traffic exchanges are no different to any other form of promotion. They are effective if you know how to use them. I'm guessing from your comment that you tried putting a get rich sales page in an auto exchange and then wrote them off. Manual traffic exchanges can be very effective for lead capture and branding. I'll say that again. Manual traffic exchanges can be very effective for LEAD CAPTURE and BRANDING. With most manual traffic exchanges you have 10-20 seconds to capture someones attention. Well, actually if we're realistic you only have a few seconds. Anyone who uses manual traffic exchanges regularly will be using a tabbed browser to surf 5 or 6 at a time. The way to capture their attention is with a splash page that has a headline that will trigger their curiosity. I'm sure everyone has come across ads ... whether they be splash pages, banners etc ... that have a headline that compels you to click. When they do click you send them to a squeeze page with a free report or e-book and have them subscribe to your list. If you are responsible AND promoting valuable information or products you will have yourself a long term loyal customer. If you spam the hell out of them with get rich quick schemes then .. well .. don't bother because you are just wasting your time (and theirs) Gary
Once tried a traffic exchange program called JustVisits.com...I was scammed....these are just fake traffic....
You can avoid that by using a tracker ... which you should be using anyway if you want to know where your most profitable advertising is. Gary
The best traffic is natural traffic from the search engines and by writing articles. Google Adwords is excellent too..

traffic exchanges are useless if you want sales directly from them, but for branding yourself and building your list they are fantastic, if you use them right that is anyway here are the ones I use the most trafficswarm linkcrews trafficG I've used ones like I Love Hits, SWAT Traffic, and a few other ones here and there as well.
They are totally useless , Nobody is interested in the sites all just want to earn credits to display their site just like you
