Which are the best article directories to submit to?

I was wondering if anyone has a list of the best article directories to submit to? - Also is there an easy way of submitting to multiple directories without manually posting to each one?

Usually these 3 are the ones which I think qualify among the top: ezinearticles , article base and buzzle
I don't think there is something like an auto submitter. Never come across one before.
