    links on relevant site THAT WILL STAY FOR LONG with high PR is good for site backlinks

    that means that i would drop :

    All of the things the OP listed depend on the source. You may find a golden blog, in your niche, with good ranking; that would be a great backlink. In contrast you may find a blog that is unrelated, maybe penalized by Google; that would be a terrible backlink. You need to get specific with research on whatever method you decide to make sure it works best for your site.

    None of them are particularly great, maybe article directories are the best but there are so few good ones that submitting again and again to the good ones e.g. Ezine will lower your root domain %, which creates an unnatural profile.

    I suggest that you use all of the methods you mentioned. Just make sure that all of the links are high qualities. If you will do forum posting, make sure that the forum is related to your site's niche, as well as if you use blog commenting. If you will be using article submission, make sure that your articles are unique and well-written and again niche-related.

    Article directories are the best and others have their different importance all are the best way of one way linking. Nothing else is the worst either all the links comes form relevant and quality sites.
