Which app is most sutable to run a online web builder like webs?

    Hello guys,
    I like to open up a new website like webs.com
    which script should I buy ?
    I am ooking
    -easy to use
    -easy customization
    -easy admin panel ( CMS )
    -more templates
    -modules availability
    -SE friendly

    And, can I use Wordpress multisite for these kind of works ?
    where can I find proper tutorials ( not WP site )
