There's no perfect anti-virus program yet, unfortunately. I've been personally using Bit defender and it looks okay. I wouldn't recommend using free anti-virus programs to anyone. Rest assured that there's a great difference. Anyway, from my personal experience Comodo seems to be offering a great, free anti-virus product.
I've been using AVIRA for 2 years and it's good. It improves my computer's performance and make windows load faster. Try to use this one..
Get WebRoot antivirus with spyware protection. It's $60/year and well worth it. I've had AVG, McAfee, and Norton, and they don't even come close to the usability and protection that WebRoot offers.
The best I would say is the bull guard. I had been using from a long time and has helped me achieve the best results among the other products in the market.
i still have avira premium service.. i got it from promotion that last 92 days.. 1 month remaining now
Congratulations, people. You've kept this thread going for five months by repeating the same answers over and over. I think they make a pill for that.
I used Norton before and didn't find it that good. Now i am using Quickheal and i find it satisfactory, some of my friends use Avira and they swear by it. Quickheal maintenance and up gradation is regular and comprehensive.
Personally, I use Microsoft Security Essentials! It works fine for me, and it does not slow down the system work!
Microsoft Security Essentials for me. It is free, it does not bother me endlessly like Norton and McAfee do, it does not slow down my computer, and it works.
I use Avira Premium Security Suite and Malware Byte(Full Version) (some protocols to make Avira Free Antivirus to Premium with Spending No Money)
