Hello, I wanted to download a new anti virus on my system, but am not sure which one to use. Which one do you use, and is it free as well? Thanks
You can use AVG antivirus... it is free and very efficient with its online resident shield which prevents harmful threats from getting downloaded on your PC... while surfing! Regards, RightMan
I use Avira AntiVir Personal (free) for 5 years. Never got any malware issues in my PC since I installed it. The only problem with AntiVir is they are known for having a lot of false positives. Other than that, it's perfect (for me).
i use eset nod32, I have used all the anti viruses before and this is the only one doesnt drink my ram while scanning, it sits quetly in the background and does its job.
I use Spy Terminator, it allows me to use in server and also have anti virus using clamav realtime, anti spyware and web protection. Free and installable in all versions of Windows.
I didnt had a good experience with Avast as it showed lots of false positives. Then i tried AVG for sometime and now am using Microsoft Security Essentials and its working fine for me. So I would recommend Microsoft Security Essentials.
I use AVG and Avira both are good at what they do and both offer free or payed version i choose to use the free version.
I use AVG on one system and Kaspersky on another. Kaspersky gave me a free 1 year license so that why I am using it.
If you want a free Anti-virus use AVG, if you want the best, and not just from me but from almost every software test, use Kaspersky Antivirus.
Avast Free Edition anti virus really good, doesn't decrease your computer performance and doesn't cost a penny
