Hello DP, I'm looking for an affiliate program with one-click gambling/casino e-mail or zip code campaigns. Which program should I try according to payment plans, personal experience, conversion rate, and availability of these type of ads? I would prefer they pay by paypal or EFT but checks are okay too. The faster they approve applicants and the faster that they pay the better. Also, it'd be appreciated if you could list the pay per action of each campaign.
