which affiliates progs should i use?

hi guys,
have been searching around for the aff progs that fit my website niche.. but most of them requires sales which may not be easy. is looking for aff network offerin freebies or email leads etc.. have joined offervault but some of it is scam like affiliateer, any1 have any suggestion which network is legit that offers progs suitable for my site..

i think i will leave it non-adult first.
