    I don't get what you mean. Do you mean you want to purchase affiliate software or use an affiliate network to promote your affiliate program with?

    You can get traffic from Adbrite quite cheap. Much cheaper than AdWords.

    I find Google to be the best place. Yahoo and MSN send quite a lot as well.:)

    If you could get high quality traffic by paying for it then it wouldn't be cheap for very long.
