Which Affiliate Programs pay by Paypal + ready site setup?

    Hi
    Anyone know of any Affiliate Programs that meet these criteria:
    -Payment by Paypal. Many like cj.com do not offer Paypal
    -Templates for Site setup     (i.e. ready site templates/ contents with quick easy setup either with your own hosting or host it with them)

    Niche does not matter but if possible, shopping niches like jewelry, perfume etc.

    Try paydotcom.com. Payments are made via Paypal. Many merchants offer promotional tools for affiliates.

    Thanks but sorry they sell touchy products like Gambling, pharmacy, genital englargement. Was looking for more everyday consumer friendly products.
    Also they don't pay by Paypal http://webmasters.moreniche.com/signup.html :)
