Which Affiliate Programs has Pay Per Email solutions?

    I am relatively new to mainstream but have spent several years in adult. I am looking for programs that pay per email signup. (Pay per email lead)

    I use rocket profit. I'm very happy with them. But I'm sure there are lots of them.
