Which affiliate program?

So I'm strarting to get in the whole affiliate thing -- just curiuos, What affiliate program yeilds you guys the best results? From the looks of things azoogle is number one, and then followed by CJ. What do you guys think?

Honestly, some of the best ones are probably Pepperjam, Neverblue and RevenueGateway I am the AM at RG, so i know that you receive personalized service and support there.

cpaempire (affiliate.com) - a lot of email submit
azoogleads - campaign that good for search

 

clickbank is good for soft products, but you have to work to find which product you can sell well.
