    I know there are a few listed in my directory plus there are also a few programs most probably on either shareasale, cj or linkshare.

    There is a tone of mobile phone affiliate programs to choose from. Try to write content that compares plans or lets people provide user generated feedback about there plans. As someone mentioned for what country, you may want ot look to link up with GSM mobile phones as they will work for those that travel abroad. Also try to add prepaid mobile cards as an upsell.
