Which Affiliate Program Is Worth For Me ?

    I was using adbrite for publishing ads in my site.
    My site is www.csetube.in
    My average site views are around 150 per day.
    I.e 2100 new visitors per month and 5000 per month.
    Which ad will be best for me ?
    Currently i put smowtion ad. But its minimum payout is 100$
    SO im in a search of alternate.
    Pls help me guys :)
