Which Affiliate Network is best for an Advertiser?

I have looked into joining a few affiliate networks to promote my site.
However, many have high setup fees like CJ.
Do you know any without setup fees?

Which network do you feel is best?

For digital products Clickbank, Jvzoo is best
For Physical Products Amazon is best.

 

Its the first time i heard of that Jvzoo, it sound like a place for poachers. But true, I sell my ebook on clickbank myself.

For digital products I would say Clickbank, too. For physical products, I would not know.

I think it doesnt matter if its click bank or jvzoo, as long as ur product and service is great and really gives value then putting it anywhere will work
