Which affiliate network I should choose for advertising my website?

I recently started a new website, you can find it by following my signature.

Now I want to add an affiliate program to it. Please suggest any affiliate network that suits my website. If you have any other offers, please pm me, except

1. Article marketing.
2. Paid reviews in blogs.
3. Developing Linkbacks.

While replying, kindly consider these things;

• My budget is only upto 150$. As I reside in India, it costs 7475 INR. Currently I am a small business owner only.
• I am joining affiliate network as advertiser. Not as affiliate.
• I expect total fees to steup and get my campaign up within my 150$ budget.
