I am thinking to do pay per click but I want to know which is the best way to get traffic and targeted visitors

    Google adwords

    Yahoo adwords

    Facebook pay per click

    Click bank

    Chikita

    adbrite

If any other option you think is best please add it to list. Which of above you think will bring good results.

We provide web design and services to our clients for different businesses

    Thanks and let me know

Your Title makes me to laugh...
Adwords is Google's product for advertising.
    Yahoo is not Adwords...
These are PPC networks, If you want to compare them then Google Adwords is always the King.
You can get huge volume of traffic from Google Adwords and conversion will also good.
    So, try them...

Personally I don't use Adbrite and Chikita, I can't comment much on it. Here's what I think about the other networks you mentioned.

    More traffic:
    1. Google Adwords
    2. Yahoo Advertising
    3. Microsoft Advertising

    Lower CPC:
    1. Facebook PPC
    2. Microsoft Advertising
    3. Yahoo Advertising

Targeted traffic depends heavily on your keywords and where you choose to place your ads. When it comes to getting targeted traffic, these are the 3 most important things (the first being the most important) in my humble opinion:
    1. Keywords - Consumers psychology. You need to find out roughly what the potential keywords are. They can be acquired through free or paid tools for example Google Keyword Tool and Keyword Spy.
    2. Placement - Knowing where to place your ads to get high CTR and relevant traffic. (Doesn't apply to search marketing)
    3. Tracking - Find out where the clicks are coming from, which keywords convert well and which keywords lead to sales. Traffic and sales are two different things. Big traffic doesn't mean big sales, small traffic doesn't mean low conversion, so know what you are tracking.

Another thing about Adwords is that even though they are the biggest, they seem to give you the biggest headaches too. Issues like banning and suspension of account is not uncommon. You are more prone to these problems if you are an affiliate who promotes multiple campaigns, otherwise there shouldn't be much to worry about.

Manage your budget well. You don't want to use up all your budget in the testing phase. This happens A LOT to those who are new to PPC networks, especially Adwords.

Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

    Regards

I agree with lifeplayer. It is all about what you are trying to sell or market. Usually, the big ones are Google, Yahoo, and MSN/Bing. Since those are keyword based, you can reach the market that is searching for what you are buying. However, Facebook may be a very good option because it offers very directed demographic marketing. So, if your target market is in specific location, age group, or having a very specific interest that they would mention on Facebook, that might be the way to go. When we deal with potential clients, we make a customized proposal for each of them. Some things might work for some companies, but might be a thorn in the heal of others.

Who knows, there might be a niche site that is so perfect for your target market, but not for anyone else's. The trick is to try it out, or talk to someone in the business with your specifics.
