Which adsense ad unit is this one

I saw a adsense unit here

Ads look very attractive, even on the first glance i was not able to notice that this is adsense.

I even checked page source and could not find any adsense code. Anybody knows why?

Looks like a Premium Adsense account.

 

Its not image banner, as you can select the text ( which is not possible in image banner ). Also if it is adsense ad, why can't I see adsense code in page source?
I don't think he is a premium customer ( very less alexa )

 

Maybe he have another site that gets tons of traffic and that's how he got the premium features in first place.

 

No, Its alexa is so high. It's image banner. I can see that. The site manipulating adsense ads I guess.
Or They use the very high Alexa adsense ads code.

Its a Double click ad that Google has partnered with. The affiliate ID is in the url.

It says "Ads by Google" and the links directs to Googleads!

What's confusing? They are Google ads being served through Ligit.
