    Hi,

I use wordpress. So, what do you say, that ads placement (336*280) within the content or at the end of the content plays better? Which get more clicks.

    Thanks

I think placing 336*280 or 250*250 ad unit within the content is much better option. Also, you can try different ad placements and see which one gives you the better CTR.

I do this and get a nice CTR. I put 2 336X280 right next to each other after the first paragraph. One an image ad and one a text only ad.

Then I put another one about 3/4 of the way down the article.

My ctr is around 16% on average.

336 x 280 is the best performing because it takes more mass on a page, which means it is more eye catching.

Depends on the content and the site.

I've gotten great results with 336 x 280 on some sites where the ad was very well blended with the content.

Other sites have had the leaderboard ad at the top perform better.

    Experiment.

See which does best for you and then go with it.

Just put yourself in your site's visitors' shoe, or you can survey other site's adsense placement. I guess you should be able to notice some adsense ads that catching your eyes.

when considering ads placement. you should also see to it that it will be fit in your pages and will look great.
meaning page themes and design is also to be consider..
