    Try to advertise for some adult sites by exchanging banner ads and contextual ads.Google not promote adult sites ads.Find adult sites and contact them for banner exchange.

    You can try advertising on the network for Porn Hub the website, they have many website and allow display ads on their site. This might be your best bet, and the ideal place to find your target market. Right when they're sitting their with the thing they want to enlargen in their hand :)

    Many porn sites will let you put advertisements on your site, and that's probably your best bet.
