which ads manager do you use with Wordpress?

    I have never really messed with wordpress besides blogging my opinions every once and a while

    what is a good ad manager plugin?

    I used to use one called Mighty Adsense I believe.
    You can also channel out all the placements and hard code the ads, of course.

    I use just Adsense ready Wordpress themes - no more plugins are necessary.

    I use Openads with my wordpress ( in my sig) and just added the OA invocation code into the footer bar, and for the Kontera ones, into the header. That took me 5 mins, and i was done :)
