Which ads is better for proxified pages?

Anyone suggest a PPC or CPM ads for proxified pages? Payment prefer PayPal. Thank you,

Adbrite is the best and you can try some popup programs too

 

ppc is better i use many of them

 

I'm not sure about good, but bidvertiser has a category for sites that are proxies, so I gather you can use bidvertiser for proxy pages.

 

is there any else except adbrite..?

 

Ive found none really do very well.

I just put my own little bit of text there, asking people to subscribe to my proxy mailing list. Adsense on the main page does the best for me.

I am having trouble deciding also. Bidvertiser is just CPC and the payout isn't that great. Adbrite has CPM/CPC and the payout isn't that great either. I am in the process of getting Adversal but I hear that pop ups tend to decrease traffic.

Still unsure which to use.
