    Hi there,
    Not sure if you mean you are looking for a plugin to add these buttons????
    Anyway, if so I use "Add This" free plugin when building WordPress websites. It is quick and easy to install. You can add buttons for any services you like!

    For CMS(Joomla, Wordpress....) site you have the plugins. Just you need to install them on your site and for html, php.... sites you got the code on NET. You need to copy and paste that code on your site.
