    for me its 300x250 but few days back i have changed it to 336x280 lets see how it goes.

    Content Ads/text ads works best for most people. Some people say, you get more clicks with larger units, I'm not sure about this but all I know is it make your site looks ugly and it scare your visitors away.

    The Large Rectangle with size 336 x 280 works the best for me followed by medium rectangle (300*250) :)
