Which ad type is this?

    Hello,

    I can't seem to recognize the ad type that I've seen on a website (it doesn't show on the ad types I have to choose from on content ads).
    I've made a screenshot of it.

    If anyone knows how do I create it, please help me out :)

    This is only for Premium Adsense users.

    They can choose any size and font styling they want.

    If you have 20 million visitors a month, then you can get a Premium Account too.

    mmm.. 20 millions a month. Well i have reached 1 million a month. So if i increased it 20 times they might give it to me :)

    Adsense preimum is for people with more than 5 million search visits and 20 million pageviews.
