Which ad placeement is best for my free directory

    This is my free directory.

    It was ad free till yesterday. I added some ads on it.
    Got 500 impression but no click.

    Can anyone suggest what is best for thsi

    I think you should do better optimization so adds that someone can see are more compatible with theme of your web site.
    Also, I think you should make adsense link color red or something like that.
