Which Ad Networks Should I Block?

    I've heard several times in the past that there are some Ad Networks that you should block to produce high quality ads. Which Ad Networks should I block if you know what i'm talking about.

    They were all articles and were written a far while back. So i really don't think it would do any good to message them now! >.<
