Which Ad-Network for a job board?

Hello,

I am operating a niche job board with 400 uniques a day (3,5 pages/visit; 3,5 minutes on site) growing rapidly. Reached no.1 on google yesterday.

Currently i am using two adsense picture ads in each job posting. which perform quite poorly. I get 2-4 clicks a day, with a CPC of 0,02 to 1,42. So on average I make only 5-10 bucks a months.

Any suggestions? Should I switch to another network like adbrite?

Change the ads placement put adsense inside articles with 400 uniques visitors you get 15-20 clicks per day very easy

thanks for the reply. i placed the ads according to google´s heat map. one is in the text of each job posting; the other one at the bottom right under the link for applying to the job.

any other ideas?

its all about the ads placement.. lurk on some other related sites..

 

What you need is traffic...more traffic

 

got around 500 uniques a day now on average.

moved ads and had over 10 clicks on average the last days, but got 2 dollar. any ideas?

got approved to google affiliate? should i try them and if yes which ads?
