hi, I am tired of waiting for ad companies' reply if they accept my site or not. So I am now looking for ad company which has not requirement and they would accept just by signing up ! Please let me know IF any ad company you know.. hopefully they are legit as well

Even if you find a company that "accepts" just because you sign up, it is likely that they will review your site come time for payment. If your site offers them a reason to terminate your account with them, they will do it. What exactly will you have accomplished at that point? There is no legit ad company out there which has a "no requirement" policy so take some time to check and make sure that your site won't keep you from getting paid when the time comes. Make sure that your site adheres to any and all rules that an ad company enforces because you are just wasting your time if you don't, whether you expect them to review your site before activating your account or before they send you a check. Has your site been getting rejected by ad companies that you apply with? If so, you may make more progress with finding an ad company that will work with your site if you post the reasons you have been rejected by others, along with the url for your site. Members who know various ad companies and their requirements can offer more targeted responses with that information. It is better to find a company that will actually accept your site rather than run ads for a month and then receive an email regarding termination of your account for violation of the TOS, with no check coming for that month you ran ads.
Adtoll is very nice network but as a publisher other have to booking on ur site else u wont get a penny. Adengage has 2 much required u need high traffic site to get accepted by it
