my finance is not as complicated.. spreadsheet is all I need to manage all my finance/tax...and it is free!
I'd have to say using a simple home made spreadsheet should be sufficient unless you're getting complicated enough to need Quickbooks, which although not cheap at around $200 is well worth it for most businesses.
