    If you are sure that your keywords CPC on your site are supposed to be more than >$0.1, then it could be that you are not getting relevant ads shown. Are you? If so then do section targeting or write more keyword rich contents on your site. Check that your homepage has your keywords.

    For webmaster blogs (SEO and link building --) average CPC of $0.1 is pretty good. You should try to improve your CTR and Page Views by attracting more visitors and experimenting different layouts.
