if the traffic is automated (bots) and the traffic exchange is like asking to click on your adsense then it is against adsense policy... But 2leep, wahoha and mgid are legit traffic exchange and i think based on my experience it is 100% safe.

If you can get decent traffic from Mgid, I'd say stick with it. 2leep usually avails more traffic, but with less quality. People coming in from mgid are usually readers, while people coming from 2leep are just lookers.
Wahoha is bad...! They show semi nude pics on your websites to get traffic...! I guess sooner or later these kind of pics will offend google adsense

in my honest views I dont like the 2leep. its full of crap site and 90 out of 100 2leep post feature big bo0bs' pictures. Once you visitor go to 2leep they never come back to site. next day they will open 2leep. I've seens so many blog are running 2leep rather than their blogs. they have put 100s of 2leep links at single page. On the other hand marketgid is seems to me good. because its post can be access using marketgid.com - so visitor dont go there and comes back to your site. also marketgid has the option to chose the types of widget eg tech, graphics, cars, etc. there you can eliminate the big bo0bs. at a professional site I cant afford to show crap pictures of 2leep widget. I dont need that traffic which never comes back if you remove widget.
