    linkwheels are definitely effective if you ask me... but you need many spokes on it to make a difference in your ranking... look at fiverr and type in linkwheel and then sort by rating and take the first one ... its really awesome for that price to be honest... much luck!

    There are many different link wheel style to do so, but yes, it is helpful to make your site to top of google, but needs lots of work into it!

    Fiverr is the lowest price as what I know, unless you are hire someone for monthly fee... i guess~
