My vote is for GoDaddy. I've had several websites on there an ZERO downtime. The one time I had to call customer service I was on and off the phone in under 10 minutes and they were able to fix something that it turns out I screwed up, not them. Plus they were totally cool about it. And you can get .com domain names for just $6.95/yr if you use promo code PCH3 at checkout AND you get free hosting, free quickblog, free e-mail. Go Daddy just totally rocks, IMHO.
