Hi am looking to develop some backlinks to blogs that I have established. And I'm also looking to find quality guest posters. What's the best way to establish the back links and find guest posters for the blogs?

Regarding links there is more than enough information floating around. But one approach is to write guest posts for other sites and include a link to your blog within that post. You can see how that's done by looking at content offered on the above three platforms.

Yes, it is a mailing list to which you either submit requests for guest bloggers or requests for guest blogs to publish your article on. It's a very big mailing list and works well.
