They told me the same thing. My employer called them about his server, and the 2nd technician he talked to was aware of the problem, and they told him that they resolved it. I have a feeling they're going to be losing a LOT of customers over this-- having a router "inadvertantly" blocking googlebots is complete incompetence-- especially when they claim they don't monitor or block any traffic! -- Derek
