Where's good for finding outsourced online marketing help?

    In the past we've used Guru and ELance to find people to help with various online marketing tasks. However, in recent months many of our posts have found few bidders. I'm not entirely sure why this is (we did open up a new account on both services a year ago so that may have something to do with it).

    Anyway, we're looking for some folks to help with several online marketing projects. We'd like to use a service that has some sort of feedback mechanism (as ELance and Guru do) to maximize the likelihood of hiring quality people.

    Are there any sites our there that the community here would recommend?
