    The site is a great way to get traffic if you write on bills (even though it's illegal :D). It's a nice blackhat viral marketing scheme :D

    The site is new with barely any traffic. It has a great admin panel and a ton of nice options. The site is hosted at Sixty6 Hosting for $4.99/month

    Basically it tracks other people's bills. So if you enter the serial number from a U.S. bill and upload the details (and maybe write the URL down), other people receiving the bill could see where it came from.
