I want to create quirky images within a game I play but lack the skills to create my own. I'm happy to spend time and a little bit of money purchasing and editing icons. Where's good to subscribe? pngtree is US$10/month envato is US$16.50/month flaticon is €10/month vecteezy is US$14/month shutterstock is US$29/month icons8 is US$20/month The Noun Project looks interesting enough to lure me into their annual US$40 who else has a enough image sets to be useful but a price for 1 or 2 images a month that is reasonable?
Noun Project is quite good specially the SVGs. (we used it in some project) Also try searching their icons if the necessary icons you need are available. Then you can decide I hope this help.
We use the Noun Project too. The main reason because it has giant contributor networks and lots of updates every day. Sometimes We use Iconfinder com - it allows to buy one icon for 2$ For basic UI icons, Font Awesome is great - Pro version costs 60$ a year.
That's useful info, I was wondering how up-to-date it was. The icons I'll be looking for aren't the sort I'd use on a site (for which font awesome is, indeed, awesome) and on a couple of sample queries it seems to have the versatility I'm looking for.
Yes they are expensive but their *shopping cart* will lead you to the coolest icons available. They really do have the best choices......IMO.
You can download may icon from vectorstock, istock, depositphotos, dreamstime, adobestock... with only one account through Getallstock with very cheapest price. I always using it for my project.
